The Liberal “Deep State” culture of “King Making” at the FBI started Long before Obama, Hillary, Mueller, Lynch, Kerry, and Comey. It most likely started with the creation of the FBI precursor (the BOI – Bureau of Investigations) in 1908. Power corrupts and Absolute Power corrupts absolutely. I’m going to shoot a few time line facts out, and I encourage you to spend a little of your own time researching, as it is very interesting. Its a very tangled web where one strand touches another, that touches yet another. The CIA, IRS, DOJ and now the NSA are just as guilty of the same weaponizing against its political foes as the FBI, but on their own individual track of doing so.
In 1924, J. Edgar Hoover was appointed director of the BOI, greatly intensified its power when it was reformed as the FBI in 1935, and stayed on as Director until his death in 1972. How does one stay Director for 48 years when only one other before or after has made it five years? In the case of Hoover – blackmail.
In April 1950, Hoover created a very large unit called the “Sexual Deviates Unit”. Every agent in the was instructed to report any observance of sexual transgression (for instance a married man with another woman, homosexuality, other perversions…) of every politician and any other public figure directly to the Associate Director of the FBI. The Associate Director was the Number Two in the FBI, and he’d filter if it was valuable enough to turn over to Hoover. Hoover, a life long Democrat who hated the Republican Party, kept this information in his safe. He had everyone by the balls, and many politicians would not challenge (or would drop out of the race against) Hoover’s choice for President. No President dared fire him, and he took down President Harding with the Teapot Dome Scandal just prior to being made Director (most likely his reward) of the BOI.
Fast Forward
In 1972, Mark Felt was the number two to Hoover, good friend of his, a registered Democrat, and the person who gave Hoover the dirt on politicians and celebrities. He personally despised the Nixon White House. In one meeting at the White House when asked if he’d help remove Hoover, he let a couple of Nixon’s men know that he was the one who filtered the dirt for Hoover. It supposedly put the upper echelon of the White House in a panic – wondering how much dirt the FBI had and on who.
On May 2, 1972 Hoover died at home. He was 77-years old. Felt immediately oversaw the destruction of the contents in Hoover’s private safe. It is said that the DOJ asked for the contents, and Felt told them it was empty.
Felt had expected to get the Director’s job upon Hoover’s death, but Nixon went outside the FBI for his Director by appointing L. Patrick Gray, who was a Republican. This angered the entire top level at the FBI. Gray was ostracized by Deep State FBI leadership and always kept out of the loop. He was as Feckless as Sessions is as Attorney General today.
On June 17, 1972 “the Plumbers” were caught breaking in the Democrat Headquarters at the Watergate Hotel. The scope of this article is not to get deep into the details of Watergate, but I want to point out that Nixon’s re-election campaign manager James Mitchell was also his Department of Justice’s Attorney General. The FBI reports to the DOJ. Remarkably, the four men who were responcible arranging for the plumbers breaking into Watergate were recruited from the FBI and CIA by Mitchell. Kinda tells you about the DOJ and the FBI. In a nutshell, what brought Nixon down was that Mitchell (Nixon’s Attorney General) told Gray (his Director of The FBI) to immediately shut down the Watergate investigation, which he did. This angered Mark Felt, who became Woodward and Bernstien’s snitch, Deep Throat. The rest is history.
Things at the Department of Justice and Upper management at the FBI haven’t changed since the early 70s. Only those in the secret society of the Deep State make it to the top positions. People like Rosenstein, McCabe, Strzok, Comey, Mueller — and those people only and always cover for people like Obama, Hillary and Kerry. People like Sessions go in thinking they’re going to clean things up, but if they’re not a member of the Deep State – their office winds up being a mop closet.
