This is a Model 60 Step-thtough scooter frame and fork from a late 40s/early 50s Cushman. I have glass blasted it to bare metal and then sprayed a gallon & half of high build/sandable primer. My goal is to Kustomize with a Vanguard electric start motor, comet clutch and kustom sheet metal seat and rear fender with the rear fin from a 60 Plymouth. However, I have many other projects in front of it, so if someone waives $600 in my face, I’ll prepare another frame I have.

I have so many projects in line before I build something from this – if someone waive $600 in front of my face – I’d take it. I doubt I’d consider less. Hours spent glass blasting it and spraying 1.5 gallons high build primer. Ready to Smooth (very little needed to make perfect) the front fender a little, wet sand with 400 grit paper and spray the color of choice.
