Things I Stopped Doing in 2020

  • I stopped watching NASCAR when they put Black Lives Matters on cars, the drivers marched with Bubba Wallace, and the FBI (who won’t investigate the Biden Crime Family) threw all of its resources to investigate a garage door pull knot.
  • I stopped watching the NFL when they took a Knee. It turned out to be a good year to do so as the Texans really sucked.
  • I stopped watching the Astros (and all MLB) after having to see the players kneel, the letters BLM on the pitcher’s mound – and the final deal breaker is when they took the day off to protest.
  • I stopped watching the Dallas Stars ( and all of the NHL) the day they took the day off to protest a thug getting his ass shot.
  • I stopped watching Fox Sunday last week. I started recording it back when Tony Snow’s hair was still brown. Chris Wallace became a Trump hater and his guests were more and pro BLM and Communist Liars. I thought his performance as moderator in the first debate was horrible – but the last straw was his gloating at Trump’s defeat to Biden. He’s dead to me.
  • Same with Bret Baer and Special Report. I’d been recording since Brit Hume’s first show. I initially liked Brett when he took over, but he became a Trump hater and had his Trump Hating guests lying. Final straw was him next to Chris Wallace gloating.
  • Most everything else on Fox News. I use to watch six hours a night, starting with Glenn Beck. I liked the Five in the beginning – but couldn’t take Juan Williams, Donna Brazile and Marie Harf. It appears that since Rupert turned the Network over to his two Liberal sons, they’re trying to outdo CNN an MSNBC. I now only watch Tucker and Hannity on Fox News. Little else. I watch Fox Business as I day trade in the mornings. I like Varney, Charles Payne – but turn on mute for the rest, until Lou Dobbs. I’ll watch him and eMac has replaced Brett Baer for evening News. I’m starting to watch more News Max when at the lake. I can’t get it at the shop – when I stay there.
  • I’m done with Twitter. I signed up at Parler (@davetheoldhippie) a couple of months ago, and I’m happy to see that others are finally starting to get on it. Herd mentality! No one wants to be the first to try anything – and waits for the herd to move in that direction before they will.
  • I’m spending less time on Fascistbook. I’ve moved that time to DaveSchultz.com, JoeBidenNotMyPresident.com and Parler. I was one of the few with guts to not log into Fascistbook for the entire period (in protest of stifling Conservative speech) on Friday the 13th. It appears most are too addicted to have done the same, and they have told the Gestapo that they’re OK with them being the Thought Police for the Internet.
  • I never watch network TV, eat Ben & Jerrys, drink Starbucks or give a nickel to companies run by and donating to Radicals.
  • I have almost 300 videos on You Tube, but I’ll be opening an account at Rumble and using it instead.

Amazingly, this has not been at all painful. I’d missed maybe 25 Rockets games in the last 35 years – don’t miss them a bit. I actually have been getting more done with the only sport I watch being Drag Racing. I feel better about myself too, by taking a stand and not being a hypocrite with supporting the enemies of America.

Five plus years ago, I ditched the Negative people from my circle, began to try harder to think positive about things, and tried hard to not to let anger get the best of me. I now refuse to patronize or give my hard earned money to any group who I feel act against the best interest of America. I realize that there are too few like me for racists like Lebron James, his team, his sponsors, his owner, and the NBA (just as one example) to feel the pain of my singular actions – I still know in my heart that I’m doing the right thing by standing up for my beliefs. I will continue to replace America Haters with America Lovers.
