Only qualifications are Black, Woman and Communist. This is to get the blacks, women and Commies stoked up to vote often. Can you imagine if a President said the next justice had to be a White Man? What about Asian Americans, should they be ruled out? What about Latinos, should they be excluded? What about Transgenders – are they unworthy of pandering to?
